‘Baa Baa Black Sheep’ is a new-age crime comedy being made with a different concept to entertain audiences across all sections. Presented by Donepudi Chakrapani and produced by Venu Donepudi under the Chitralayam Studios banner, the film is directed by Guni Manchikanti. The movie is set for a grand theatrical release on October 9. Tinu Anand, Upendra, George Maryan, Akshay, Vishnu, Karthikeya, Vismayasri, Malavi Malhotra, Kashyap, Raja Ravindra and others play key roles.
Interestingly, ‘Baa Baa Black Sheep’ is the first South Indian film to be shot entirely in the state of Meghalaya. The teaser released earlier, along with the recently released song ‘Aaja Meri Jaani’, received an amazing response. Against this backdrop, the makers have now released the film’s second song, ‘Vevela Oohale Chupina’. Hit Machine Anil Ravipudi unveiled the song and congratulated the entire team.
Coming to the backdrop of ‘Vevela Oohale Chupina’, a villain gang is searching for a rare box that they desperately want. They believe that the box is with the hero and heroine. At the same time, the hero and heroine come into the gang’s sight. Meanwhile, the hero is holding a gun, which unexpectedly goes off. The gang then starts firing back at the hero and heroine. It is against this backdrop that the retro-styled song ‘Vevela Oohale Chupina’ plays.
The song has been penned by Kittu Vissapragada and sung by Shrri Sagar. With a distinctive backdrop and engaging music, the song is captivating throughout and makes listeners want to play it on repeat. On this occasion...
Producer Venu Donepudi said, “The teaser of our film ‘Baa Baa Black Sheep’ and the song ‘Aaja Meri Jaani’ have received a superb response so far. Now, we are bringing the song ‘Vevela Oohale Chupina’ to you. This is a song that unfolds in a very different style. My thanks to Anil Ravipudi garu for releasing this song. We are releasing the film on October 9. The post-production work is currently in the final stage.
“We completed the entire film in Meghalaya. ‘Baa Baa Black Sheep’ is the first South Indian movie to have been shot entirely in Meghalaya. We also filmed in breathtaking locations such as Cherrapunji. We successfully completed the film with meticulous planning. This was made possible with the support of our director Guni Manchikanti, the actors, technicians and the entire team.”
