Kompally is one of the fast growing suburbs in Hyderabad today with landmarks like Runway - 9, Satyam Computers, Apparel Export Park, Sherwood Public School and Dhola-ri-Dhani operating in full swing. Cine Planet – 3rd multiplex of Hyderabad – joined the list with its launch on 16 of this month by Allu Arjun, VV Vinayak & D Suresh Babu.
This multiplex has four screens out of which two are operating at present. One screen has the seating capacity of 801 and the other has 428. The ticket tariff is fixed at an affordable rate of Rs. 40/-. It presently has a food court and a fast food joint by Mamu. A gaming zone and a shopping area are expected to be opened very soon.
There is ample parking space in the open area adjacent to the multiplex. There are six ticketing counters and tickets are issued with a photo of the patron printed on it. This system (which is already in practice in theaters like Devi 70mm) will help in eradicating the black market. Easy Movies agency is given fixed quota of tickets.
