Ilaya Raja to score music for Bhargav Arts film with Balaiah

S Gopal Reddy who gave blockbusters like Mangammagari Manavadu, Muddula Mavayya, Muddula Krishnaiah and Muddula Menalludu with Balaiah is going to repeat the history after a gap of 5 years.

According to Gopal Reddy, the music sitting for this will start on 7th of April. The shooting is expected to trig off in August. Tripuraneni Maharadhi is preparing script for this film. Kabir Lal is been selected as the cinematographer for this film. He worked for prestigious films like Bhairava Dweepam, DLPH, Taal and Kaho Na Pyar Hain. This film will be a historical one. There will not be any magic stuff in this film. This film is going to be biggest film in the career of Bala Krishna.

Dr Rama Naidu receives NTR Millennium Lifetime Acheivem,ent Award

'He started his business as a rice mill owner and then traded bricks in Madras before entering films by producing 'Ramudu - Bheemudu', told a visibly excited CM Chandra Babu Naidu. 'He did produce around 100 films in a span of 35 years and donated to the tune of 4 crores for the cause of social service. He did not enter politics even when NTR asked him to join. But he asked me for a ticket in Bapatla and won with maximum majority', CM continued his eulogy on 6th April 2000 at Lalita Kala Toranam, Hyderabad.

Chandra Babu Naidu's speech was followed by that of T Subba Rami Reddy and VS Rama Devi (Hon. Governess of Karnataka). Akkineni, Dasari and Krishna too shared their experiences with Rama Naidu.

Anil Kapoor has handed over the NTR Lifetime Achievement award to Dr. Rama Naidu. Dr. Rama Naidu too shared his feelings with visitors. The other glittery that was present at the function include Venkatesh, Nagarjuna, Jamuna, Vanisri, Vijaya Nirmala, Jayaprada, Jayasudha, Soundarya, Rajendra Prasad, Brahmanandam, C Narayana Reddy, Nannapaneni Raja Kumari, Kanta Rao, Babu Mohan, Kota Srinivasa Rao, AVS, Murali Mohan, Sripati Rajeswar etc.

'Manoharam': A sensible film


This film Manoharam was started its shooting long back and took 90 days of shooting to complete the production. Now this film is going for postproduction activities. 'Manoharam' stars Laya and Jagapati Babu. Guna Sekhar who has given films like 'Sogasu Chooda Tarama', 'Bala Ramayanam' and 'Choodalani Vundi' is directing this film.

This film is extensively shot in Delhi area as it deals with the subject of terrorism. MRC Melody combines is producing the film. Mani Sharma has provided sensible music. Manoharam is getting ready for May release.
