Nandamuri Natasimham, Legend Nandamuri Bala Krishna visited New Jersey and met the audience in Big Cinemas, Edison, New Jersey and thanked them for the sensational success of the prestigious 100th movie of his illustrious career, Gautamiputra Satakarni.
Along with Nandamuri Bala Krishna, heroine Shreya, Director Krish, Producer Rajeev Reddy and Overseas Distributors 9PM Entertainment also attended this event. Bala Krishna fans gave him a thundering welcome to New Jersey. He was greeted by legion of fans at the airport and gave him a rousing reception. Later, he was taken in a huge procession with a big car rally. In spite of heavy rain, nearly 300 vehicles participated in it, which is one of the biggest car rallies held for any Telugu event. Police Department greatly cooperated for the rally by clearing the traffic and made sure that regular traffic flowed seamlessly without interruptions for any one. Edison Police Department also congratulated Bala Krishna’s fans for organizing this rally in a very disciplined and organized way in spite of huge number of vehicles participating in it.
Later, Nandamuri Bala Krishna and Gautami Putra Satakarni team visited the theater in Edison and watched 3 shows in the theater along with audience. All the 3 shows were houseful with packed crowd and also, there were several hundreds of fans waiting outside the theater. There was huge response and loud cheers from the audience and they gave a grand welcome to Bala Krishna and GPSK team. Bala Krishna was richly felicitated by his fans by showering flowers and garlands. They also presented him mementos, bouquets, shawls etc. Bala Krishna thanked his fans for their unconditional support, love and affection towards him. Later, he cut the cake and celebrated the success with the audience.
Mohan Krishna Mannava, in his speech welcomed Nandamuri Bala Krishna and Gautami Putra Satakarni team to New Jersey and thanked the team for delivering a historical epic movie like Gautamiputra Satakarni to Telugu audience. New Jersey Public Utility Commissioner and ex-Assembly Deputy Speaker Mr.Upendra Chivukula, Former Andhra Pradesh Cricket Captain and Businessman, Chamundeswaranath, Film producer Sai Korrapati, Renowned Physians Dr.Nori Dattatreyudu, Dr.Tulasi Polavarapu also attended this event. Director Krish mentioned that it is like home coming for him and producer Rajeev Reddy since both of them lived in New Jersey earlier. Both of them graduated and worked in New Jersey. Herione Shreya thanked the audience for making GPSK movie, a big success.
Nandamuri Bala Krishna spoke in detail and thanked the audience and fans for making this movie a huge success. NBK mentioned that he is fortunate to play such a wonderful character in his 100th movie. He expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome New Jersey gave him during the visit. He uttered few dialogues from this movie which made his fans jubiliant. Later, Bala Krishna signed autographs and took pictures with all the fans, everyone were amazed for his patience since he took more than 1000 pictures with fans during this event. New Jersey Bala Krishna fans organized this event and worked very hard to make it a big success. Apart from fans in New Jersey, Bala Krishna fans from neighboring areas like New York, Philadelphia, Connecticut, Maryland etc also participated in large numbers. In the end, GPSK team thanked the overseas audience for making Gautami Putra Satakarni movie, a big success.
