Audio of Gopichand's latest film Andhrudu was launched by D Rama Naidu at a function arranged in Viceroy Convention Hall on 23rd of July. Paruchuri Murali directed this film and ML Kumar Chowdary produced it. Kalyani Malik (of Aithe fame) scored music.

D Rama Naidu said, "Hero Gopichand belongs to our place. He is a committed artist. Everybody gets hits and flops. Gopichand is treading his path very carefully as a hero after the success of Yagnam. All the songs in this film are good. I wish Andhrudu a big success"

Dharmavarapu Subramanyam said, "The title of Andhrudu is good and powerful. Though his first film is a flop, Gopichand worked hard and got a hit film Yagnam. Gopichand's father T Krishna was my classmate. Producer ML Kumar Chowdary is a hard worker. Director Paruchuri Murali has good command over action and comedy sequences.

Hero Gopichand said, "The rerecording done by Kalyani Malik for this film is going to be the highlight. Murali had done a fantastic work. This film would appeal to all kinds of audiences."

Music director Kalyani Malik said, "All the songs in this film are situational excerpt for a duet. This film would be a mile stone in my career as music director."

Producer ML Kumar Chowdary said that though the production is delay, he had come up with a great product.

Sayaji Shinde, Pavan Malhotra and Chandrabose also spoke during this occasion.
