మయసభ విజయం వెనకున్న సైన్యం, సంవత్సరాలుగా కష్టాలు, అడ్డంకులు ఎదుర్కొంటూ సినిమా తప్ప వేరే జీవితమే లేదని బతుకుతున్న అండర్‌డాగ్స్. వారి ప్రయాణానికి నివాళిగా ఈ వ్యాసాలు రాస్తున్నాను. వారిని తీర్చిదిద్దిన జీవిన పోరాటాలు, మయసభలో వారి ఎలా ఎంపిక, ఈ విజయంలో వారి పాత్ర ఈ వ్యాసాల్లో ప్రధాన అంశాలు. ప్రతి మనిషి ఒక నడిచే కథ—ఆ కథని ప్రపంచం వినడానికి, ఒకే ఒక్క అవకాశం చాలు.
Parth Ganesh grew up in a middle-class family, watching his father struggle financially. Focused on academics, he was a school topper with interests in drawing, dance, and acting, but his only goal was to secure a high-paying job. Everything changed in 2018 during his B.Tech when a bus accident crushed his foot and nearly cost him his life. The experience made him realize life’s uncertainty, and he decided to pursue his true passion—acting and filmmaking.
After B.Tech, and with the pandemic easing job pressure, he began experimenting with short films, lying to his parents that he was interning in animation. When his father discovered the truth, Parth confessed—and was surprised to receive his father’s support. He joined affordable theatre workshops, performed in five plays, and worked as an assistant director. But tragedy struck when his father passed away suddenly. Despite the grief, Parth continued—acting in plays, studying VFX, and even facing rejection on film sets. His persistence paid off when he won a microfilm contest, using the prize money to attend a screen acting workshop in Chennai, where he also transformed himself physically by losing 15 kgs.
Through theatre references, he worked in previsualization and eventually heard of auditions for Mayasabha. Though first considered for a crew role based on his experience, he insisted on acting opportunities and auditioned for two roles. While waiting for confirmation, he spent unpaid weeks on set, standing in for actors during camera blocking and gaining invaluable confidence. At one point, his ease and naturally subtle style caught our attention while we were searching for an anchoring face for KKN’s entire batch—he looked convincing. Finally, after weeks of uncertainty, we called him and offered him the role of NK Babu. He nailed the character with natural timing and cultural relevance.
Memorable moments of Parth Ganesh in Mayasabha:
1. Episode 2 – KKN election announcement: In the opening post-credits scene where KKN declares he wants to contest in college elections, Parth’s transition from confronting KKN’s idea to ultimately offering inescapable support with the line, “మన కులపోడు పోటీ చేస్తాంటే ఎందుకు సపోర్ట్ చెయ్యము కృష్ణా, పాయింట్ అది కాదు, కాలేజ్ మొత్తం కులపు ఓట్లు ఎన్నుంటాయ్”, felt fantastic.
2. Episode 2 – Anu Harika offering help scene: When Anu Harika comes forward to support KKN’s struggling campaign, the way he delivers the line, “పద్దెనిమిదేళ్లకు కూడా మగ ముండాకొడుకులకింత తెలివుండదు”, comes across as witty and spontaneous.
From a near-fatal accident to theatre, rejection, loss, and resilience, Parth’s journey has shaped him into the actor he is today. For him, acting and filmmaking are not just careers—they are his true calling.

Sivayya, now alias Robert Kumar from Mayasabha is from Guntur district. He was obsession by stage dramas and stage plays from his childhood. He grew out to become a successful director of several social dramas in his area. He also worked as an in some plays in Surabhi Nataka Mandali.
Later he was attracted to Cinema and Television. He debuted as an actor in the famous Telugu TV serial in 90s “Ruthuraagaaalu” that was aired Doordarshan. From there on he kept trying his luck in cinema. He never got a character that can give him enough recognition or livelihood. He kept travelling between his native place and Hyderabad never giving up hope on cinema.
We auditioned him for Robert Kumar character in Mayasabha. What struck me watching his audition tape was his innocence and the plain heart. The character was designed to be someone coming from generations caste oppression who had given up hope on a systemic change towards equality in the political corridors and hence became a drunkard out of that frustration. Like the KKN’s dialogue “ఈయన పెద్ద తెలివైనోడు కాదు, కానీ మనసున్నోడు”, his face and the innocence in his eyes immediately connected me to the definition of the character. Post Mayasabha, he’s celebrating almost a celebrity status where people identify him as the Robert Kumar-the rebellious MLA against the establishment in Mayasabha.
Memorable Moments of Robert Kumar in Mayasabha:
1. Episode 7 – His Introduction Scene: The way goes blank when Iravati offers him the unexpected Chief Minister post and the way he stops MSR from the ongoing translation with a hand gesture is a million dollar moment.
2. Episode 7 – Celebrations scene: The way falls drunk on KKN and MSR during the party scene and walks ahead asking “ఒరే డానియేలు, మందులో నీళ్లు బోసుకొని తాగుతావేందిరా” is another genuine and hilarious moment.
We Robert Kumar alias Sivayya to get many more opportunities to entertain us like he did in Mayasabha.
పార్థ్ గణేష్ ఒక మధ్యతరగతి కుటుంబంలో పుట్టి పెరిగాడు. కుటుంబం ఎదుర్కుంటున్న ఆర్థిక ఇబ్బందులను చూస్తూ పెరిగాడు. చదువుపై ఫోకస్‌ తో ఉండే పార్థ్ స్కూల్‌ టాపర్‌ కూడా. డ్రాయింగ్, డాన్స్, యాక్టింగ్ వంటివి ఇష్టమైనా కూడా, అతని ఏకైక లక్ష్యం మంచి జీతం వచ్చే ఉద్యోగం సాధించడం. అయితే 2018లో, అతను B.Tech చేస్తున్న సమయంలో జరిగిన ఒక బస్ ప్రమాదం అతని జీవితాన్ని మార్చేసింది. కాలు విరిగిపోవడం మాత్రమే కాక, ప్రాణాపాయ పరిస్థితి కూడా ఎదురైంది. ఆ అనుభవంతో జీవితం ఎంత అనిశ్చితమైనదో గుర్తు చేసుకున్నాడు. అప్పటినుంచి పార్థ్ తన అసలైన పిలుపు—acting & filmmaking వైపు దృష్టి మళ్లించాడు.
B.Tech పూర్తయ్యాక, కరోనా వల్ల ఉద్యోగ ఒత్తిడి తగ్గడంతో, పార్థ్ short films చేయడం మొదలుపెట్టాడు. తల్లిదండ్రులకు మాత్రం “ఇంటర్న్‌షిప్ చేస్తున్నా” అని చెప్పేవాడు. కానీ ఒకసారి నిజం బయటపడ్డాక, తన తండ్రి కూడా అనూహ్యంగా తన అంబిషన్ కి మద్దతు ఇవ్వడం ఆశ్చర్యానికి గురి చేసింది. తర్వాత తక్కువ ఖర్చుతో అందుబాటులో ఉన్న థియేటర్ వర్క్‌షాప్‌లు జాయిన్ అయ్యాడు. అయిదు నాటకాల్లో నటించాడు. అసిస్టెంట్ డైరెక్టర్గా కూడా పని చేశాడు. కానీ తన తండ్రి అకాల మరణం చాలా వేదనకు గురి చేసింది. అయినా పార్థ్ ఆగలేదు. థియేటర్ ప్లేస్ చేస్తూనే, VFX నేర్చుకుంటూ, సినిమా సెట్లలో రిజెక్షన్లు ఎదుర్కొంటూ ముందుకు సాగాడు. ఒక మైక్రో ఫిలిం కాంటెస్ట్ గెలిచాడు. దాంతో వచ్చిన ప్రైజ్ మనీతో చెన్నైలో ఒక స్క్రీన్ యాక్టింగ్ వర్క్‌షాప్ జాయిన్ అయ్యాడు. అక్కడే అతను 15 కిలోల బరువు తగ్గి తనను తాను పూర్తిగా మార్చుకున్నాడు.
థియేటర్ రిఫరెన్స్‌ల ద్వారా అతను ప్రీవిజువలైజేషన్ పనిలో చేరాడు. అదే సమయంలో మాయాసభ కోసం ఆడిషన్స్ జరుగుతున్నాయన్న సమాచారం వచ్చింది. మొదట అతన్ని క్రూ లో ఒకడిగా పరిగణించాం. కానీ తను "నాకు యాక్టింగ్ చేయాలని ఉంది" అని స్పష్టం చేశాడు. రెండు పాత్రల కోసం ఆడిషన్ కూడా ఇచ్చాడు. కన్ఫర్మేషన్ కోసం వేచి చూసే సమయంలో, పెయిమెంట్ లేకుండానే సెట్లో పాల్గొంటూ camera rehearsalsకి స్టాండీగా నిలుస్తూ ఉండేవాడు. ఒక దశలో అతని సహజమైన నటన, బాడీ లాంగ్వేజ్ మా దృష్టికి వచ్చింది. KKN బ్యాచ్‌లో ఒక ముఖచిత్రం కావాలనుకున్న సమయంలో, అతను సరైన ఫేస్ అనిపించాడు.
కొన్ని వారాల తరువాత NK Babu పాత్రకు తనని ఎంపిక చేశాం. పార్థ్ ఆ పాత్రను అద్భుతమైన timing, realism తో పెర్ఫార్మ్ చేశాడు.
పార్థ్ గణేష్ మయసభలో గుర్తుండిపోయే మొమెంట్స్:
1. ఎపిసోడ్ 2 – KKN ఎలక్షన్ అనౌన్స్ చేసే సీన్:పోస్ట్-టైటిల్ సీన్‌లో KKN “ఎలక్షన్స్‌కి పోటీ చేస్తా” అనడంతో మొదట అభ్యంతరం చెప్పి, చివరికి “మన కులపోడు పోటీ చేస్తానంటే ఎందుకు సపోర్ట్ చెయ్యము కృష్ణా, పాయింట్ అది కాదు, కాలేజ్ మొత్తం మన కులపు ఓట్లు ఎన్నుంటాయ్?” అని అడిగే ప్రశ్న, క్యారెక్టర్ లో మార్పుని చాలా కన్విన్సింగ్‌గా కన్వే చేశాడు.
2. ఎపిసోడ్ 2 – అనుహారిక సపోర్ట్ చేసే సీన్: KKNకు అనుహారిక సపోర్ట్ అనౌన్స్ చేసే సీన్ లో, పార్థ్ చెప్పిన “పద్దెనిమిదేళ్లకు కూడా మగ ముండాకొడుకులకింత తెలివుండదు” అన్న డైలాగ్ మంచి టైమింగ్ తో humorous గా ఉంటుంది.
ఒక ప్రాణాపాయ ప్రమాదం నుంచి, థియేటర్, తండ్రి పోయిన బాధ, రిజెక్షన్లు అన్నీ దాటి వచ్చిన ఈ ప్రయాణం పార్థ్ని పటిష్ట నటుడిగా తీర్చిదిద్దింది. అతనికి నటన, సినిమాలు ఒక కెరీర్ కాదు, తన గమ్యం.
పార్థ్ గణేష్‌కి ఇంకా ఎన్నో మంచి అవకాశాలు రావాలని, టాప్ నటులలో ఒకడిగా ఎదగాలని మనస్ఫూర్తిగా కోరుకుంటున్నాం.

శివయ్య-ప్రస్తుతం మయసభ ఫేమ్ "రాబర్ట్ కుమార్"-గుంటూరు జిల్లా కి చెందిన వారు. చిన్ననాటి నుంచే నాటకాల పట్ల ఉన్న మక్కువ ఆయనను వేదిక వైపు మళ్లించింది. కాలక్రమంలో తన ప్రాంతంలో అనేక సామాజిక నాటకాలకు దర్శకత్వం వహించి, ఒక విజయవంతమైన నాటక దర్శకుడిగా పేరు తెచ్చుకున్నారు. అంతేకాక, సురభి నాటక మండలి లో కూడా నటుడిగా పని చేశారు.
తర్వాత అతని ఆసక్తి సినిమా, టెలివిజన్ వైపుకు మళ్లింది. 1990లలో ప్రసారమైన దూరదర్శన్ లోని ప్రముఖ టెలుగు సీరియల్ "రుతురాగాలు" ద్వారా ఆయన నటుడిగా తెరంగేట్రం చేశారు.
ఆ తర్వాత సినిమాల్లో అదృష్టాన్ని ప్రయత్నిస్తూ, తన ఊరు మరియు హైదరాబాద్ మధ్య తిరుగుతూ నటనను వదిలిపెట్టకుండా ప్రయాణం కొనసాగించారు.
మేము మయసభ లో రాబర్ట్ కుమార్ పాత్ర కోసం ఆయనను ఆడిషన్ చేశాం.
ఆడిషన్ టేప్ చూసినప్పుడు ఆయన కళ్లలో ఉన్న అమాయకత్వం, నిజాయితీ మమ్మల్ని ఆకట్టుకుంది.
ఈ పాత్ర తరతరాలుగా కుల విచక్షణకు గురై, వ్యవస్థ మారదు అనే నిరాశతో మద్యం లో మునిగి బ్రతికే పాత్ర. ఆ విషాదాన్నే వినోదంగా వ్యక్త పరిచే పాత్ర. KKN చెప్పిన డైలాగ్ —"ఈయన అంత తెలివైనోడు కాదు... కానీ మనసున్నోడు" —అనే నిర్వచనం మాకు సివయ్య కళ్ళలో కనిపించింది.
మయసభ తర్వాత, ఆయన పేరు రాబర్ట్ కుమార్ గా మారి పోయింది, మారుమోగుతోంది. ఈ రోజు ఎక్కడికి వెళ్లినా ప్రజలు ఆయనను "రాబర్ట్ కుమార్ – వ్యవస్థ మీద తిరుగుబాటు చేసిన ఎమ్మెల్యే" గా గుర్తించడం శివయ్య కి ఎనలేని ఆనందాన్నిస్తోంది.
మయసభలో రాబర్ట్ కుమార్ గా సివయ్య గుర్తుండిపోయే మొమెంట్స్:
1. ఎపిసోడ్ 7 – పరిచయ సీన్: ఐరావతి అకస్మాత్తుగా సీఎం పదవి ఆఫర్ చేసినప్పుడు ఆయన పెట్టే బ్లాంక్ ఫేస్, వెంటనే MSR ట్రాన్సలేషన్ ని చేతి సైగతో అడ్డుకోవడం —ఒక మిలియన్ డాలర్ మొమెంట్.
2. ఎపిసోడ్ 7 – సెలబ్రేషన్ సీన్: సీఎం పదివి వచ్చిందన్న సెలబ్రేషన్ పార్టీలో మందు తాగి, KKN, MSR మీద పడిపోయే సీన్ లో ఆయన హావభావాలు చాలా హాస్యంగా, సహజంగాకనిపిస్తాయి. నవ్వుతూ ముందుకు నడుస్తూ, "ఒరే డానియేలు... మందులో నీళ్లు బోసుకొని తాగుతావేందిరా!" అన్న డైలాగ్ ప్రేక్షకుల మదిలో నిలిచిపోతుంది.

మయసభలో రాబర్ట్ కుమార్ పాత్రకి జీవం పోశారు. ఆయనకు మరిన్ని గొప్ప అవకాశాలు రావాలని, ప్రేక్షకుల్ని మళ్లీ మళ్లీ అలరించాలని మనస్ఫూర్తిగా ఆశిస్తున్నాం.
