Double platinum disc function of Gopichand’s latest film Ranam was held at Bramarambha theater on the night of 20th February 2006. Gopichand, Kamna Jetmalani, Bashasri, Gilli Sekhar, Aditya Dayanand, Stalin Babu (Vijayawada’s industrialist) and Pokuri Babu Rao attended this function.

Producer Pokuri Babu Rao said, “Ranam is 13th film on Eetaram banner. Like all the earlier films, Ranam too become a hit. I would like to thank the entire unit for that. We will continue to produce good films in the future. I am happy that audio of this film is celebrating double platinum disc function”

Hero Gopichand said, “Music provided by Mani Sharma is great. Ranam boasts off the best music compared to all the films I acted in as hero. Director Rajasekhar conceived my character in Ranam in a very sensible way.”
