Siva (Karthikeya) is an orphan who does odd jobs for survival. Viswanatham (Rao Ramesh) is a local politician and Siva works for him. Indu (Payal Rajput) who is daughter of Viswanatham is smitten by the muscular body of Siva and falls for him. When Viswanatham realises about their love, he separates the couple and marries Indu off and sends her away. Rest of the story is all about how Siva reacts.
Actors: Karthikeya has some raw looks and those looks were used effectively for the role. He has shown intensity whenever required. His dialogue delivery doesn't suit the nativity. Payal Rajput is good and has performed uninhibitedly in some steamy scenes. Rao Ramesh is an asset to the movie and does an excellent job in few scenes in second half. Ramki plays his part convincingly. The guy who tells padyalu on marriage and relationships is very entertaining and is a good actor. All other actors are cast realistically.
Technical departments
Other departments: Cinematography by Raam is very good and explores both dry landscapes and green fields effectively. Songs scored by TuneMeOne (Chetan Bharadwaj) are nice. My personal favorite is Pilla Raa. It’s a haunting romantic tune and one of the best romantic songs I have heard in recent times. Background music is also different though the bgm for violent scenes remind us of RGV’s recent films. Dialogues are very well written. Comparing love with waves of ocean tells us the passion of hero character. Art direction is realistic. Editing is neat.Action sequences are raw Production values are apt. 
Analysis: RX100 is the story of a passionate lover that is told in raw and gritty manner. It has got quite a good twist towards end and an emotional climax. Plus points are raw intensity in direction and good story line. On the flip side, there is too much of violence and male-bias. RX 100 is not a film for everybody, but has enough content to attract youth and masses to theaters so that it works at box office. On a whole, RX 100 is a raw and intense love story that satisfies the target audiences.
